In the Taylor tabulation model, when a primary plate is subdivided into three, either transversely or longitudinally, the middle plate is medio. Equivalent to medialis in the Taylor-Evitt tabulation system, which is employed herein. See also antero, postero, dexter and sinister. Designated by "m".
