microfurcatum (Deunff, 1957, p.6, fig.2 - p.13; fig.3 - p.14) Fensome et al., 1990, p.59.  Holotype: Deunff, 1957, fig.2 - p.13.  Originally Hystrichosphaeridium, subsequently Veryhachium (combination not validly published, Appendix A), thirdly Baltisphaeridium (Appendix A), fourthly (and now) Ammonidium.  This combination was not validly published in Lister (1970, p.49) since that author did not clearly use the name Ammonidium microfurcatum.  Age: Mid Devonian.
