Medialis

In the Taylor-Evitt tabulation system, when a primary plate is subdivided into three, either transversely or longitudinally, the middle plate is termed medialis. Designated by "m". Equivalent to medio in the Taylor tabulation model. See also initialis, ulter, vorne and hinten.
