Originally Membranilarnax, subsequently Valensiella, thirdly (and now) Valensiella?. Questionable assignment: Stover and Evitt (1978, p.86). Taxonomic junior synonym: Membranilarnacia densa, according to Stover and Evitt (1978, p.64). N.I.A. Age: ?Early Eocene.
