Originally Hystrichosphaeridium, subsequently Baltisphaeridium (Appendix A), thirdly (and now) Acanthodiacrodium (Appendix A), fourthly Vulcanisphaera (Appendix A), fifthly Goniosphaeridium. Age: Early Ordovician.
