Combination illegitimate: the generic name Alterbia is illegitimate. NOW Alterbidinium? pentaradiatum subsp. precedum. Originally Deflandrea pentaradiata subsp. preceda, subsequently Alterbia? pentaradiata subsp. preceda (combination illegitimate), thirdly (and now) Alterbidinium? pentaradiatum subsp. precedum. Age: Paleocene.
