Citation: Cladopyxiaceae Stein, 1883. Diagnosis:Cladopyxiineans in which the first apical homologue (*1\') is insert, and in which there are at least six precingular plates and four or (usually) more climactal plates. These episomal plates are highly variable in size. The archeopyle involves one to several precingular plates, intercalary plates, and/or apical plates; it is never an epitractal archeopyle. Acanthodinium Kofoid, 1907a.
?Sinodinium Nie Dashu, 1945. ?Beyrichodinium Below, 1990; Cretaceous (Hauterivian).
