Holotype: Duxbury, 1977, pl.12 (not pl.2), fig.4; Fensome et al., 1993a, fig.3 - p.1107. NOW Lagenorhytis. Originally Speetonia (generic name illegitimate), subsequently (and now) Lagenorhytis. Age: Early Valanginian.
