Motile equivalent: Preperidinium meunieri (Pavillard, 1912) Elbrächter, 1993, according to Reid (1977, p.451), who used the name Diplopeltopsis minor (Paulsen, 1907) Pavillard, 1913, now considered a taxonomic junior synonym of Preperidinium meunieri (see Head, 1996b, p.1211). Age: Holocene.
