(Appendix A).&nbsp; Questionable assignment: [[Stover and Evitt, 1978|Stover and Evitt (1978]], p.56) as a problematic species.&nbsp; The name <I>[[Hystrichosphaera cruciata]]</I> was not validly published in [[Wetzel, 1933b|Wetzel (1933b]]), since the generic name <I>[[Hystrichosphaera cruciata|Hystrichosphaera]]</I> was not validly published until 1937.&nbsp; Age: Late Cretaceous.
