<I><B>timofeevii</B></I> ([[Shakhmundes, 1971]], p.438-439, figs.1e-f [in published English translation]) [[Fedorova-Shakhmundes, 1976]], p.95.&nbsp; Holotype: [[Shakhmundes, 1971]], fig.1e (in published English translation, p.226); [[Fedorova-Shakhmundes, 1976]], pl.1, figs.2,2a.&nbsp; Originally <I>[[Acanthodiacrodium timofeevii Shakhmundes 1971 Appendix A|Acanthodiacrodium]]</I> (Appendix A), subsequently (and now) <I>Neodiacrodium</I>.&nbsp; [[Fensome et al., 1990|Fensome et al. (1990]], p.33-34) accepted this name as validly published, at least in the published translation of [[Shakhmundes, 1971|Shakhmundes (1971]]), the original of which is in Russian.&nbsp; [[Shakhmundes, 1971|Shakhmundes (1971]], p.438) cited "Fig.1d" as holotype; however, no illustrations appear to have accompanied that publication (or, at least, none is present in the copy held in the Geological Survey of Canada Library, Ottawa).&nbsp; In the published translation, fig.1e is listed as the holotype of <I>[[Acanthodiacrodium timofeevii Shakhmundes 1971 Appendix A|Acanthodiacrodium timofeevii]]</I>.&nbsp; Age: Early Aptian.
