Holotype: Marheinecke, 1992, pl.15, figs.1-4; Fauconnier and Masure, 2004, pl.30, figs.8-10. Originally Cyclonephelium? castelcasiense subsp. prominentum, subsequently (and now) Glaphyrocysta castelcasiensis subsp. prominenta. Age: Late Maastrichtian.
