Holotype: Bujak, 1976, pl.4, figs.4-5; Bujak et al., 1980, pl.14, fig.1; Fauconnier and Masure, 2004, pl.33, figs.2-3. Originally Cyclonephelium, subsequently (and now) Glaphyrocysta. Age: Mid Eocene (see Aubry, 1986).
