Holotype: Pocock and Sarjeant, 1972, pl.2, fig.1; text-fig.2; Fensome et al., 1995, fig.1 - p.1535. Originally Thuledinium, subsequently (and now) Mendicodinium. Taxonomic junior synonym: Mendicodinium woodhamense, according to Riley and Fenton (1982, p.200). Age: Mid Callovian.
