In the Taylor tabulation model, when a primary plate is subdivided transversely (in an anticlockwise direction when viewed from the apex), the proximal subdivision is dexter. Equivalent to initialis in the Taylor-Evitt tabulation system, which is employed herein. See also medio and sinister. Designated by "d".
