crispum (Wetzel, 1967a, p.870, pl.15, figs.4a–b) Fenton, 1981, p.255.  Emendations: Sarjeant, 1980b, p.119–120, as Hystrichosphaeridium crispum; Fenton, 1981, p.255,257, as Cribroperidinium crispum.  Holotype: Wetzel, 1967a, pl.15, figs.4a–b; Dietz et al., 1999, text-fig.5a.  Originally Gonyaulax (Appendix B), subsequently Gonyaulacysta, thirdly Millioudodinium, fourthly Hystrichogonyaulax, fifthly (and now) Cribroperidinium, sixthly AcanthaulaxPoulsen (1996, p.77) retained this species in Cribroperidinium.  Age: Middle Jurassic.
