Gonyaulacoid-peridinioid tabulation type

A tabulation type in which the plates are arranged in five or six latitudinal series and a longitudinally arranged sulcal series. All taxa within the subclass Peridiniphycidae have a gonyaulacoid-peridinioid tabulation type, including those not specifically referred to the orders Peridiniales and Gonyaulacales. Refer to Text-Figure 9C.
