Suborder Gonyaulacineae

Gonyaulacaleans in which the hyposomal tabulation is sexiform, i.e. in which the first antapical homologue (*1\'\'\'\') contacts the sixth postcingular homologue (*6\'\'\') and in which the posterior intercalary homologue (*1p) extends further to the anterior than the posterior sulcal homologue (*ps). Distinctive postcingular horns are absent.
