The tabulation system proposed by Taylor (1979) and modified by Taylor (1980) as a "basic gonyaulacoid model". As described by Taylor (1979), it includes the following: a polar pore plate (P), three primary anterior polar plates (A-C), six primary anterior equatorial plates (1-6), six primary equatorial plates (E1-E6), six primary postequatorial plates (I-VI), three primary posterior polar plates (X-Z). This was a precursor of the Taylor-Evitt Tabulation System.
