Nematosphaeropsis lemniscata

Taxonomic junior synonym: Nematosphaeropsis oblonga, according to Wrenn (1988, p.142) — however, Mudie in Head and Wrenn (1992, p.16,18) retained Nematosphaeropsis oblonga. Rochon et al. (1999, p.30) implied that this species may be a taxonomic junior synonym of Nematosphaeropsis labyrinthus. Age: late Oligocene–early Pleistocene.
