Originally Pseudoceratium?, subsequently (and now) Muderongia. Questionable assignment: Gocht (1957, p.168). Taxonomic junior synonym: Muderongia crucis, according to Morgan (1980, p.28) — however, Jansonius (1982, p.16) retained Muderongia crucis. Age: late Hauterivian.
