Originally Gonyaulax, subsequently (and now) Gonyaulacysta, thirdly Endoscrinium, fourthly Tubotuberella. Taxonomic junior synonym: Tubotuberella sphaerocephala, according to Sarjeant (1982b, p.32). Age: Oxfordian.
