Name illegitimate — senior homonym: Cleistosphaeridium elegans He Chengquan, Zhu Shenzhao and Jin Guangxing in He Chengquan et al., 1989. Substitute name: Cleistosphaeridium xinjiangense. NOW Impletosphaeridium xinjiangense. Originally Cleistosphaeridium elegans He Chengquan, 1991 (name illegitimate), subsequently Cleistosphaeridium xinjiangense, thirdly (and now) Impletosphaeridium xinjiangense. Age: Paleocene.
