maestrichtiensis Visser, 1951, p.211, pl.7, fig.13. Holotype: Visser, 1951, pl.7, fig.13. Originally (and now) Leptodermella, subsequently Bonetocardiella (combination not validly published). Taxonomic junior synonym: Stomiosphaera cardiiformis (name not validly published), according to Villain (1975, p.198). This species is presently retained in Leptodermella since the genus Bonetocardiella is not validly published. Age: Maastrichtian.
